At Eterneacare, we have formulated each product to deliver the best possible results, transparently. We hope you will love our products as much as we do. However, if you wish to return a product, we are here to help and will take care of everything for you.
We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- You received a wrong shipment.
- You received a damaged product.
- You received an expired product.
How to Request a Return/Replacement
If any of the above issues apply, please raise a return or replacement request within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery. To initiate the request, please send us an email at admin@eterneacare.com
No return or other claims will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 7 days from the delivery date.
Review and Pickup Process
Once we receive your request, please allow us 48 hours to review it. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner, who will collect the order from your doorstep.
Refund Process
Upon receiving the returned product, our service team will inspect it. If the issues described are verified, we will initiate a refund within 24 hours of the review.
